The Greater Severna Park Chamber of Commerce is holding a HOLIDAY TRADE FAIR at Earleigh Heights
Fire Hall from 4-8:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 20, 2008.

This event is for Chamber members only, is free and open to the public, and will be widely publicized.  As
an exhibitor, you:

  • Will receive an exhibit booth (approx. 8’ x 10’) consisting of an 8’ high background drape and a 3’
    high side divider drape (blue/white) in flame retardant fabric.  Included at each booth will be a table
    sign.  You will have a covered table (table cloth will be navy) and two chairs in your exhibit area.  
    Electricity will be available at a limited number of booths for an extra fee of $10.00, so specify if
    you need electricity.

  • Will be responsible for set up and take down of your exhibit area. Set up time will begin at 2:00 p.m.
    on November 20 and the exhibit area must be cleared out by no later than 9:00 p.m., November 20th.

  • Will be responsible for staffing your exhibit area, making sales and answering questions.

In addition you agree that the Greater Severna Park Chamber of Commerce, or its volunteers, or Earleigh
Heights Fire Hall staff, will not be held liable (for whatever reason) in the event of damage to, or loss of
your exhibits.  You are responsible for carrying insurance to cover any such loss.

Have included a payment of $135.00 as your exhibitor’s fee for the 2008 November 20th Holiday Trade
Fair.  The booths are available on a first-come, first-served basis.  The fee is non-refundable after
November 10, 2008 (please note the fee is $145.00 for a booth with electricity).
